Note for OA verion for OGame 1.1, Inactive Farming Bot doesn't work :
Make sure you are using a correct version, there are currently 2 versions, one for OGame 1.1 and one for OGame 0.84.
Make sure too that you have :
1. 'Sort messages' disabled in OGame options
2. 'Detailed messages' disabled in OGame options
Reinstall/Unpack the whole package from the official site into a new folder : Link
